ACB Blanket Performance License

The Association of Concert Bands collects program information from participating member bands and submits it to ASCAP and BMI each year as part of the sub-licensing agreement. By submitting this information the publishers, composers and arrangers will receive credit for the performed works. This license covers the performance fees associated with performing live music.

Organization Members (Bands) purchase the ACB Blanket Performance License along with their membership dues each year. In 2025, over 54,000 song performances were reported to the performing rights organizations.
